Martin Shaw shows us yet again, why he is one of
the finest & most underrated actors of our time. I am desperately
hoping that they produce a second series, as we are clearly left
hanging at the end of episode 6.

This series brilliantly explores the interplay between the Vatican in Rome and its sceptical view on all things related to Exorcism. The continual struggle between Martin Shaw's character and his obstinate counterparts in Rome, make for a fascinating analysis of the inner workings of the Catholic Church. charlesrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05099864116734752576noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7971684444777589316.post-4125167178377730252016-11-02T22:44:16.634+00:002016-11-02T22:44:16.634+00:00London Live (TV Station) is showing this series. ...London Live (TV Station) is showing this series. I found "Apparitions" thru NetFlix's suggestions and I loved it. I had been watching American Horror Story but this 3rd seasons storyline is just a horrible campfest..the only reason I tune back in is for Bassett & Lange. There is too little in the way of decent horror shows unless you're ok with watching 20+ yr olds duke it out...which I'm not. Anyhooooo...enjoyed your article though I don't get a lot of references - I'm new to Martin Shaw- how can that be?? All my life and I've only just found that gorgeous talented actor! Thank you for the informative & most excellent read. ~ Cathy in DelawareAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
